Can I join if I have no prior experience?Absolutely! No previous climbing or hiking experience is needed. Whether you’re new to the sport or an experienced adventurer, your guide will adjust the experience to suit your abilities. The primary goal is your safety, and with clear instructions, you'll conquer your journey! Lofoten is a fantastic place for beginners, with plenty of routes and trails to explore. Whether you've never hiked or climbed before, or you're transitioning from indoor to outdoor activities, your guide will customize the day to match your skill level. You'll not only learn new skills but also enjoy the beauty of Lofoten’s unique landscapes! For intermediate and advanced adventurers, Lofoten offers challenging routes and trails that will test your skills. Your guide will work with you to plan the day around your goals, taking you through some of the most beautiful and thrilling experiences this stunning location has to offer.

How fit do I need to be?No need to worry about strength! If you can handle a walk or a few steps, you’re ready to go. While physical fitness can be helpful, both climbing and hiking are more about technique and mindset than sheer power. So, don’t let concerns about your fitness level hold you back—these activities are accessible to everyone, and with the right guidance, you’ll be able to enjoy them fully!

How long do the activities last?We offer half-day activities, full-day experiences, and multi-day adventures. The duration depends on the activity you choose.

Do I need to have mountain insurance?While we don't provide specific travel insurance, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase medical insurance to cover any unexpected medical expenses, accidents, or emergencies during your adventure. Having proper coverage will ensure peace of mind while you focus on enjoying the climb. If you're unsure how to arrange medical insurance, don’t worry—we can assist you in securing the right coverage for your trip. Just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you organize activities for groups or companies?Yes, we can customize experiences for larger groups, families, corporate events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Who are the guides?Our guides are certified (TD2 in climbing and hiking) with extensive experience working in mountain environments like Lofoten. Your safety is our top priority.

What safety measures are in place during the activities?We provide all necessary certified equipment and follow strict safety protocols. Additionally, each activity is tailored to the participants’ skill level and weather conditions.

What Gear Will I Need?All the technical climbing gear can be provided by your guiding service. However, you can bring your own gear if you prefer. Here’s what’s essential: A helmet A harness with a locking carabiner, belay device, and chalk bag Climbing shoes (We recommend bringing your own if you have them) Ropes Climbing hardware (quickdraws, cam devices, stoppers, etc.) Other Suggested Items: A daypack large enough to carry all of your items (about a 40L bag). A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. Food for energy (snacks, bars, etc.). Toiletries (sunscreen, bug spray, toilet paper, etc.). Sunglasses A camera (optional, but you'll definitely want to capture the scenery!). Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. It's best to dress in layers depending on the season and weather conditions. Avoid jeans, as they can restrict your movement when climbing.

What equipment do I need to bring?Depending on the activity, we recommend comfortable clothing, hiking boots, a waterproof jacket, and sun protection. We supply all technical equipment, such as harnesses, helmets, and ropes.

What happens if the weather is bad?If the weather conditions make climbing unsafe and we need to cancel the trip, you will have the option to either reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refunded. For cancellations within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies.

How do I get to the meeting point?Upon booking, we’ll provide detailed directions. If you need transportation, we can help you arrange it.

Do you offer accommodation or recommendations?We don’t provide accommodation, but we can recommend local cabins, hotels, and campsites based on your budget.

What languages do you offer the activities in?Our guides speak Spanish and English, and we can also communicate in Italian when planning your adventure.

Can I bring my children?Yes, we have activities specifically designed for families and children aged 6 and above.

Are pets allowed during the activities?Pets are welcome on some hikes, but they are not permitted for technical activities such as climbing.
